Pacnet Call Aggregation Service
Attentive, personalized service makes a difference in today’s highly competitive market place, and what a better way to respond to your customers’ demands than allowing them to call your business, any time, from any where and on any device.
However, providing voice access can pose a major challenge for multinational corporations, especially when their customers are located across different countries and continents, speaking different languages and working in different time zones. International voice calls can be costly and Toll-Free numbers, apart from the expense they lack reporting tools and quality control which are important for ongoing service review and enhancements.
With Pacnet’s new Call Aggregation Service (CAS), you can now provide seamless voice access to your customers with a next generation solution built on top of Pacnet’s global MPLS infrastructure.
