Lily Zhang
Managing Director, China
Lily Zhang joined the company in June 2002 as Managing Director for China. With more than ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ms. Zhang is responsible for the overall growth of Pacnet’s business in China. Ms. Zhang’s has been successful in building Pacnet’s presence and service expansion into China and providing world-class telecommunications services to customers in China.
Prior to joining Pacnet, Ms. Zhang was the Chief Representative and General Manager of Teleglobe China and achieved excellent progress for the company in sales, marketing, public relations and business development. Before joining Teleglobe, she was the Managing Director of AT&T’s Carrier Service Business Unit for China, responsible for all carrier-related sales and business development functions. Ms. Zhang had two years of experience as Product Manager for Emerging Services and Regional Product Manager for Data Services in AT&T’s US Headquarters following her five-year tenure at the AT&T China office.
An International Relations graduate of Beijing University, with further education at Beijing Foreign Studies University, Ms. Zhang also attended extensive training programs in telecommunications services and technology.
