Denis Garner, Pacnet SVP Customer ServiceAs Senior Vice President of Customer Services for Pacnet, Denis Garner is responsible for the quality of the Service we provide to our customers and ensuring that we consistently exceed their expectations and needs throughout our business partnership.

Prior to joining Pacnet, Mr. Garner managed customer services in Asia Pacific and India for Verizon Business. He was instrumental in the development of the company's customer interaction interface across the business disciplines which instituted a consistent Customer Relationship Management model across the globe.

Prior to Verizon, Mr. Garner was Director of Worldwide Managed Services for NCR Corporation, Asia Pacific. In this position, he managed the delivery of NCR's Managed Services product portfolio as well as looked after business development. He also led the company's Asia Pacific Mergers and Acquisition group.

Earlier, Mr. Garner held management rolses at Cray Communications in the UK and Australia. He started his career with British Telecom while working towards a degree in telecommunications and electronic engineering.
